Refund Policy
As a consumer, the buyer has the right to inform the seller that he is renouncing the purchase (legal provisions related to distance selling, see Code of Economic Law), without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. from the day following the delivery (article VI.47, §1 CEL).
If you wish to make use of this option, please send us your cancellation notice, preferably by e-mail to info@masksforlife.be, with the order number, your name and address, date of order and date of delivery. If desired, you can use the model withdrawal form, which can be found on https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Ventes/Forms/ form-voor-herroeping.pdf. You can also communicate this via another unambiguous statement (article VI.49, §1 CEL).
The legal guarantee applies to purchases as a consumer.
